ABOUT CAG YOUNG PATRONS

Our Young Patrons program is tailored to individuals (19-45) who are interested in becoming involved in the arts and culture sector. CAG Young Patrons serve as an entry point into engagement in the Vancouver arts community. In becoming part of the CAG Young Patrons, you are joining a network of young professionals, influencers, tastemakers, and patrons of the arts. Program benefits include invitation to exclusive art gatherings that are both social and educational from studio visits, to collections tours and more.

EVENTS + ACCESS

  • Happy Hours: Invitation to our Happy Hour events for you and a guest, including complimentary beverages on presenting membership card – 5 events per year
  • Behind-the-scenes: Invitation to experience exclusive access to collection tours, artist studio visits and much more – up to 3 exclusive Young Patrons opportunities during your annual membership
  • Exhibition Previews: Invitation to all CAG openings – at least 5-6 exhibitions a year

We invite you to join our unique Young Patrons program and expand your knowledge and breadth of Vancouver’s dynamic art scene. By participating, you will gain access to a local and international community of artists, collectors and curators. Your membership goes directly to supporting the CAG to ensure that we continue to be able to provide free public access to contemporary art in Vancouver.

June 29th 6-9pm: Exhibition preview for Gordon Bennett and Levine Flexhaug

July 20th 7-9pm: Happy Hour with Ballet BC dancers Livona Ellis, Christoph Von Riedemann, Andrew Bartee, and Emily Chessa

September 9th 6-9pm: Exhibition Tour of Eternal Return from Director Shaun Dacey

September 17th 3-4:30pm: Studio Visit with Andrew Dadson

October 5th 6-9pm: Exhibition preview for Andrew Dadson
