Michael Baers

Michael Baers is most known for his bookworks, which have been published internationally by galleries and in art magazines. Baers received an MFA from the California Institute of the Arts in Los Angeles (2002) followed by a year at the prestigious Whitney Independent Study Program in New York (2004-2005). Baers is currently based in Berlin where he has recently organized Every Story Tells a Picture at Sparwasser HQ gallery. His most notable exhibitions include The Great American Store/Storage at Spring Gallery in Brooklyn and No Act is Unpredictable at 16:1 Gallery in Los Angeles.
