Mike McLean & Laura Trunkey

Originally from Lethbridge Alberta, Mike McLean received his BFA in photography at the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design. He completed his MFA at the University of Victoria in 2008. McLean's work has recently been shown in group exhibitions at Open Space and The Ministry of Casual Living, and he is preparing for an upcoming solo exhibition at the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria.

Laura Trunkey received her MFA through UBC's Optional Residency Creative Writing program in 2009. Her work has recently appeared in Prairie Fire and The Vancouver Review and is upcoming in Fiddlehead, where she was awarded first place in the journal's fiction contest. Her children's novel, The Incredibly Ordinary Danny Chandelier, was published in 2008.
